Transport operators have received information about course and road disruptions for the 2019 Run for the kids event on Sunday, 7 April 2019.

After a spectacular debut in 2006, the Herald Sun | CityLink Run for the Kids has grown to one of Victoria's largest mass-participation fun runs with participants experiencing a tremendous thrill running over a great course for a great cause.

The event is proud of its position as the single biggest fundraising contributor for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal. To date the event has raised over $17.1 million dollars for the Appeal.

If you are familiar with the event, please note in 2019 they are debuting a brand new course that has the runners going past the Royal Children's Hospital. This is very exciting, but it does mean there are some big changes from previous years.

Click here to view the Run for the kids business/resident letter that you may also receive in the mail that outlines the new courses, the road closures and their timings so you can plan your day around them.
